We are looking for a high energy, driven Accounts Receivable officer to join our close team. You will be responsible for your own ledger ensuring that our corporate clients pay within their agreed payment terms in relation to their motor vehicle fleet costs. You will be the first point of contact for all inbound and outbound invoicing enquiries, ensuring daily maintenance of debtor's ledgers.

Your Role
  • Collect payment of rentals and miscellaneous invoices for the fleet lease product in accordance with approved trading terms. 
  • Identify, for capture to the receivable systems, client payments remitted by cheque. 
  • Liaise with clients and the lease financier on invoicing and payment issues
  • Prepare statement of outstanding invoices for clients as required. Follow up collection
About You
  • Sound Collections/Receivable experience;
  • Exposure to complex dual debtos system;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of asset financing products desirable
  • Possess attributes of good character, diligence, honesty, integrity and judgement
