Working closely with the Contact Centre Operations Leadership Team and the Head of Customer, the Senior Strategic Account Manager will be a key contributor towards building on our strategic competence and being regarded in the market as Client Champions and Industry Leaders. The Role In this newly created role, the Senior Strategic Account Manager will report into the Head of Customer and will lead our team of Account Managers. The Primary Purpose of this role will be to promote Datacom™s services and develop new business across a range of industries particularly into the Government space.Working in partnership with the Operations General Manager, you will identify new business opportunities and maintain key relationships. This role requires you to use your operational knowledge and prowess, your experiences of delivering to scale and your exceptional account management skills. Your communications skills will be second to none and your addiction to problem solving and success with exceptional relationshipstakeholder engagement skills will set you apart. We are flexible with the base location being Canberra, Sydney or Adelaide. There will be some travel required on a monthly basis. About you Excellent problem solving skills, with an emphasis on innovative and creative solutions that result in higher profitability. Excellent opportunity qualification skills with proven ability to negotiate and close winwin solutions for all parties. Ability to work across an account along with C level management. Excellent communication skills. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent customer relationship building and management skills. Strong influencing and persuasive ability. Experience and knowledge of the Outsourced Contact Centre market and Customer Experience Industry trends and best practice. Proposal coordination. Ability to convey politically and culturally sensitive information of a complex nature to a diverse audience. Due to security clearances requirements, Australian Citizenship is required.
