  • Customer Service & Sales Consultant

    Accredited Power Saver Co Pty Ltd (APS) is a wholly owned and managed Australian company, operating in the energy efficiency space, specifically energy efficient lighting (LEDâ„¢s) and Solar. APS offers an end to end solution, from customer sales acquisition, to installation and post installation audit services to residential and business customers. The Customer Service Sales Consultant works in a telesales environment in South Australia and is responsible to respond to inbound customer queries, such as LED installation requests, to provide a brief explanation of the offer and to book the customer details in, for an installation. The role also initiates outbound audit calls and courtesy calls to existing customers to generate Solar leads and general calls regarding warranty or customer queries. Key responsibilities include Respond to inbound calls by articulating the relevant eligibility requirements, product, pricing and services to customers in order to ensure all bookings convert into installations. Uses intuition and effective communication skills when initiating select audit calls to effectively extract the key information required to ensure jobs have been completed compliantly. Develop and modify outbound sales scripts and work with Management to adapt marketing collateral to support their efforts to secure Solar sales.
