The Role The primary responsibility of a Customer Service Telesales Representative is Making outbound calls across all channels to increase ranging and volume Taking inbound calls and assisting in customer enquiries Monitoring of customer ordering patterns and product compliance Administration of customer accounts in relation to orders and invoices Providing direct support to the Field Sales team and providing sales support. To be considered for this key position, you must have A minimum of 4 years experience in a Telesales andor a Customer Service role. Previous outbound call centre experience preferred in FMCG or Consumer Products Exemplary communication and customer service skills. A professional telephone manner. To be successful you will be Highly professional and well-presented. Able to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities within a fast paced environment. Dedicated to customer service experience. Able to work independently and collaboratively.
